Payment methods
You can pay for your order in 4 ways:
- Payment by credit card. If you have VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, MAESTRO, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, then you can process your transactions through the Viva Payments online secure payment system. If the user has chosen the transaction with a credit card, he requests a payment order from theoprofil .com and receives an e-mail with the payment order. From the e-mail, he goes to the Viva Payments service environment, where he is asked to enter his VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, MAESTRO, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card number, the expiry date, his name and the three-digit verification code .The Viva Payments service provides a high level of security because the information about the card is transferred over the Internet in an encrypted form with a maximum level of security. In the secure – encrypted payment form, fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiry date in MM/YY format eg 05/15 for a card expiring in May 2015 and the exact name to which the card has been issued, as stated on the card). If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when receiving your order, having your credit card and ID with you. In this case (i.e. payment by credit card) the receipt of the order by a third party is not allowed.
- Payment via paypal. Direct use of the secure payment system (www.paypal.com). You can even not have a Paypal account and use your credit card directly through Paypal. After you have chosen a PayPal payment method and continue, you will go to the Paypal security page which will prompt you: ‘Choose a way to pay – Choose a payment method At this point you select ‘Don’t have a PayPal account’ and fill in your credit card details. If you choose to pay with Paypal, you must be present when receiving your order, having your ID with you. In this case (i.e. payment via PayPal) the receipt of the order by a third party is not allowed.
- Bank account deposit. You can deposit the money for your orders into one of Theoprofil’s accounts. Agree with us for the exact amount with shipping costs andtake advantage of the new feature of Web Banking!The deposit must be made no later than 3 working days from the date of placing your order, otherwise your order is automatically canceled by the system. Also, the shipping time of the product you have ordered starts counting from the day after the deposit is made. In the deposit you MUST state as a reason: your surname, first name and – if possible – the order number. Optionally, after depositing the money you can contact us by sending an e-mail to notify us of the deposit at info@theoprofil.com. You can contact us through the contact form. Once the deposit has been made, you will be sent an e-mail, which will indicate the estimated date of shipment of your order and the medium sent.

After depositing money, please contact the accounting department by sending an email to let them know that the deposit has been made to info@theoprofil.com. ATTENTION: The deposit must be made no later than 3 working days from the date of placing your order. Also, the shipping time of the product you have ordered starts counting from the day the deposit is made. In the event that, for any reason, you deposited the money in a different account, beyond those announced on our website, the company “Theou Chrysanthi” with the distinctive title Theoprofil, theoprofil.com bears no responsibility.
4. a) With cash at our store, 10th km. Volos – Larissa, 38500 | Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00. Always contact via email or telephone confirmation that the product you are interested in is ready for delivery. (ALWAYS ORDER THROUGH THE SITE or TELEPHONE ORDER AND CONFIRM PICKUP FROM THE BRANCH).
b) By credit card also at our store, 10th km. Volos – Larissa, 38500. Always contact via email or telephone confirmation that the product you are interested in is ready for delivery to the central warehouses. In this case (i.e. payment by credit card) it is not allowed receiving the order from a third party. For store pickup, the credit card holder must present his credit card and ID in person.

NOTICE! In the event that you choose to pay by credit card and pick up from our store, you must be present when receiving your order with your credit card and ID. In this case (i.e. payment by credit card) the receipt of the order by a third party is not allowed. For store pickup, the credit card holder must present their credit card and ID. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company. In this case the card should be corporate and the name of the receiving person should be written on the card.
NOTICE ! In the case of sending the order to the place of the customer’s desire, the delivery and receipt of the order is carried out only by the legal owner of the credit card with a check-presentation of his police ID, with the signature of the card owner himself and – in addition to the signature – write the full name and the ID number on the receipt.
Notice! when using the credit card for the first time in our store and for transactions over €100, you must necessarily send a copy of the front of your credit card (with the last 6 digits covered, which will show the name of the legal owner, which is also the only who can collect) by email to info@theoprofil.com, along with your order number. We apologize and ask for your understanding for this additional procedure which has the sole purpose of protecting the legitimate owners of the credit cards. These details are requested only during the first use of the card, remain absolutely confidential and are not given to any third party.
