Product return policy
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement:
- In all cases, in which Theoprofil’s proven fault has been sold incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, pricing or sending it; damaged in transit or poorly packaged products). CAUTION !! the return must be made immediately and the product must be in its original sealed factory packaging, without removing the protective film (Stretch Film) and with the same packaging as when you received it. In addition, in all cases the product to be replaced or returned must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced or returned must be in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).
- In case the products are sent with different packaging, we reserve the right to repair or replace them.
Please complete the returns form below and print it or copy it on a paper and include it with the product being returned as it will help in faster processing and registration by the receiving department and its control by the technical department.
In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
- contact us on the same day or the next business day
- the product has not been used in any way
- the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. Shipping Note – Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).
If they are not returned within 15 days, then Theoprofil may not accept any return and replacement.
Cancellation of the order can be carried out in the following cases:
- Before completing the order, during the online order completion you can press the “Cancel” button located at the bottom left of your screen. By “clicking” on it, the ordering process is automatically interrupted.
- If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact us through the website’s email form or by sending an email to email@example.com and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
- After receiving the product, contact us via the website’s email form or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will serve you immediately and inform you about all your options.
- If a product does not satisfy you (and has not been opened – tampered with) you can return it to us at your own transport costs after contacting us. If it is defective you can return it to us after contacting us with our own shipping costs
The costs of returning products that do not satisfy the customer are borne by the customer. In case you receive a possibly defective product, contact us on +30 2410 09068 or send an email to email@example.com. You will speak to one of our expert technicians, who will help you resolve the issue at hand. In the event that the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, you should undertake the return of the product to our store (10th km. Volos – Larissas, 38500). The technical check in this case is done free of charge. In case it is found that the product is indeed defective, we undertake to replace or repair the defective product.
You can send the product with your own courier and transport company at your own expense or with an ELTA Door-to-Door courier and transporter that we will indicate to you as the case may be, at our expense (to make use of the best transport cost and you are charged with the better these transportable with the return of the product to you). For ELTA door-to-door charges, read the shipping methods. For hard-to-reach – remote areas the cost is different and you should contact us first). The time of receipt by the receiving department depends on the time period and in any case it takes from 2-5 working days to receive it from us, to which is added the time it will take the courier company or the transport company to deliver it to us [1-6 εργάσιμες ημέρες].
